Great value for money, fantastic location right by downtown, Dragon bridge and the night market. Has a great rooftop patio for enjoying morning coffee or a beer. Extremely kind family running the place. Pretty basic accommodations but it has everything you need for a budget conscious, solo traveller.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und vor allem sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Alles top sauber und die Lage ist auch perfekt.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, l’emplacement est très calme et à 8 minutes à pieds de la vieille ville par un chemin agréable en marchant le long du fleuve. L’hôtesse est très sympathique, elle a été de très bon conseil, nous avons pu discuter en anglais, et nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à l’hôtel le jour de notre départ.

Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés et nous ont grandement facilité notre séjour : excursions, billets d'avion .... L'hôtel est d'une propreté remarquable et situé dans un endroit très calme à 5mn du centre-ville.

Anh chị chủ đều rất vui vẻ, nhiệt tình và hướng dẫn tụi mình tận tình hết mọi thứ. Mình đặt phòng 5 người nhưng vì hành lý nhiều nên anh chị hỗ trợ cho tụi mình thêm 1 phòng ở cho thoải mái. Lúc check out anh chị cũng hỗ trợ cho tụi mình check out trễ hơn 1 xíu. Vị trí cũng ko quá gần hoặc quá xa những địa điểm du lịch nên cảm giác rất yên tĩnh và có thể đi bộ hoặc xe đạp. Chiều chiều đi dạo vài bước là ra bờ sông ngồi rất chill luôn. Nói chung rất là recommend cho mọi người.

Good position, not in the ancient town (good to avoid the noise) but still very near to the center. The rooms are really cute and most importantly the family is amazing! I’ll come back here for sure if I’ll be again in Hoi An, thanks guys keep going like this!!

The whole homestay was clean, the owners we're very nice and welcoming and was willing to help.

I didn't like that every night they would turn the main switch of the AC so we would have to walk down and walk up the 3rd floor no elevator to ask them to re open it.
