Great location nice big rooms and good little kitchen

The mini pool inside the villa is a little random

The location was good.

Beware when booking this that what you see online is not what you get. When we arrived it was very different to the photos. It was not very clean, there was 7 of us staying and when one of the couples pulled back their bedsheets they found a dirty pair of underwear rolled up at the bottom of the bed, indicating the sheets were not cleaned. 5$3 power went out in the middle of the night and we woke up at 2am in a pool of sweat, the fridge had turned off, lights not working & very hot. The road is right out the front of the door and is busy all hours of the night with bikes and cars honking. Good location as close to shops and restaurants but there is better value for money.

Lovely friendly staff, good location and good value for the money with a big bed.

Sadly the “villa” looked much different than the photos on the website, much smaller and dirty. No safe and no secure lock on the door. Villa on a loud busy street.

Good except for a noisy neighbour

Friendly caring staff. Having two keys. Being able to check out late due to late flight at no extra cost. Serviced our room when we asked for clean towels and rubbish emptied. Comfortable beds and water provided for drinking. Basic kitchen amenities also provided. Felt very safe with Mutiara Bali resort security always watching Road and our room entry.

Noise from street and neighbouring rooms very loud in the kitchen and pool area as area is open. Shower water pressure very low and water temperature tepid.
