Ich habe einen Aufenthalt für meine Familie im Radisson Hotel Danang gebucht. Da ich selbst im Ausland lebe und nicht mitreisen konnte, mussten im Vorfeld viele Details bezüglich der Raten, Vorauszahlungen und Zusatzleistungen geklärt werden. Der Service, den ich dabei erfahren habe, war einfach herausragend. Ein großes Dankeschön an Tường Linh und Duy vom Sales-Team für die großartige Unterstützung bei den Firmenkonditionen (Corporate Rate). Ebenso möchte ich mich ganz herzlich bei Nguyên, Linh und Phước vom Reservierungsteam bedanken. Die drei haben meine E-Mails unglaublich schnell und professionell beantwortet, sodass die komplette Vorauszahlung per sicherem Online-Link reibungslos abgewickelt werden konnte. Meine Familie kann nun absolut stressfrei einchecken. Ein weiteres Lob geht an Tú Thy von der Spa-Abteilung für die freundliche und detaillierte Beratung zu den Massage-Gängen für meine Mutter. Da ich geschäftlich sehr oft in Da Nang zu tun habe, wird das Radisson Hotel definitiv auch meine erste Wahl für alle meine zukünftigen Geschäftsreisen sein. Das gesamte Team arbeitet Hand in Hand auf höchstem internationalen Niveau

The location is great

Some smell from the toilet bowl, that’s always there after used. The aircon is cold enough, but somehow during the midnight it will automatically increased to 24 degree

I really enjoyed staying with you. Everything was perfect, especially the willingness to help. I would like to especially mention the reception manager TRAM, who was patient and willing to help us with any problem, especially with booking flight tickets. So thank you for everything and will always recommend you warmly.

Staff was amazing

Location is excellent and right in the coastal heart of Da Nang - great restaurants, short taxi trips over to the city, beach and bars on the doorstep. Breakfast was plentiful and never short of anything. Staff in general were super helpful and always on hand to answer questions. The lounge access is super and worth the upgrade - pre-dinner drinks and nibbles with a view is a lovely way to start any evening. Rooms are a good size, very clean and modern with an amazing sea view. The rooftop pool and bar area was lovely for a swim, or just a relax for reading or chilling out on the loungers. overall i cant' fault the hotel. All of the things in their control were fabulous.

Everything was great except there was a super unpleasant smell in the lobby which really let down the impressive hotel entrance. Unfortunately i know this smell very well and it was most likely a dead and decomposing small animal. I also understand that when this happens it's difficult to pinpoint the location and remove the animal which could be anywhere underneath the floor or in the ceiling or pipes and its usually better to wait until the site dries out and the smell dissipates naturally. I do not blame the hotel for this as this could happen anywhere including homes but its just a super unfortunate thing, that was beyond their control that happened to be while i was there in May 2026. Hopefully all sorted by now! But i would definitely stay here again regardless of this.
