Pleasant staff, clean rooms and an easy check in.

A little junky around the place. Having to change rooms and no pool

The hotel and rooms were clean and the staff were pleasant. Like so many places, they were very short-staffed. The restaurant was not open, only a snack bar, which was good. The pool was not open, waiting on a part. The grounds were just okay but would look so much better with some weeds removed and trimming around the dock and decks.

The surfaces were dusty and pool/hot tub were down but overall not that bad

Onsite dining options were limited and average quality. Hotel staff was accommidating, room was clean and met our needs.

The hotel/resort is in a perfect location and right by the water. The room we picked had a view of the lake with many windows. The casino is a plus if you like to test your luck and the dining area had good options (portions) for breakfast (did not try dinner). The hotel is 10 minutes away from the marina in Bayfield and I highly recommend the boat tour to the Apostle Islands.

It was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly.

Check in took over 45 minutes. No one was at the desk and there seemed to be no urgency at all for them to check in. Our room door to the patio was broken so we couldn’t even use the patio.

I recommend this anybody, it is both people and child friendly.

Only thing that could have made it better— pool and hot tub being open.
