Pool needed tending to.....natural debris and cigarette in pool.

Very nice property but getting to our room from the front entrance and lobby was very inconvenient. Not sure who designed the hotel layout because I’ve never been in a hotel this size and of newer construction that was so difficult to get to our room poor layout

The hotel is easy to find just outside the center of Sedona. The rooms are functional, quiet and comfortable. The hotel has a nice pool and well-equipped fitness center. There is a bar although we didn't use it. The breakfasts are very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful - particularly the breakfast staff.

I don't like being charged $25 per day for parking and I wondered why this is not just included in the room cost. Later I realized that if parking was included it would be subject about 15% in various state and local occupancy taxes so by keeping it separate they are actually saving you money. I was also told all Sedona hotels charge for parking.

Our stay was uncomfortable, I was intimidated by Vicky, front desk counter! Vicky told me their rooms were all one size, she didnt let me change my accommodations, which I found out that evening there were different ones! Spoke to (Sonny) asst. general mgr. was friendly. said she had lack of communication, also was charged for parking 25.00 a day (3) I shouldn’t had to pay for parking!

I stayed here for 3 days and couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. The hotel does have a mini store near the lobby where you can get microwaveable foods, drinks, even detergent. I had the king size bedroom but it was more of an apartment studio. It came with a kitchen area including stove top & pots/pans. Spacious living space and the bathroom/shower was amazing. Sedona does offer shuttle service to various trailheads or different parts of town. The restaurants were fantastic, I did not have a bad experience at either place. The Vault, Sedonuts, & Pisa Lisa are strong recommendations.

Wonderful facility. Polite staff. Breakfast was good but a lot of carb based foods. Wish there were more strait protein options. Wasn’t happy about the price for parking either. That was a surprise. $25/ night to park in the parking lot?? That’s ridiculous.

Only downside was charge for parking.

The room is clean, the furniture is new, the breakfast is good, the staff is friendly, and it's very convenient to have a barbecue.
