We really enjoyed our stay here - so much so, I thought they'd have to drag me out kicking and screaming. The front desk staff was very friendly and responsive A . The room setup is perfect and well appointed (we were in a junior suite). The "pantry" with water, coffee, sparkling water and snacks is a nice touch, as is the aluminum canteens the resort offers complimentary to guests. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant - The Bistro - and the quality of the food and service was quite good.

Location was great. The bistro was mediocre at best food wise. Great cocktails and rooftop bar was very nice.

Did not like the fact they don’t have shuttle service to the airport. You pay a lot of money for rooms the least they can do is have a shuttle service or contract with local taxi to shuttle guests to airport.

$150 dog fee and can’t leave your dog in the room unattended so it literally cost $150 to let your dog sleep in the room. The fact that there are no parking options other than valet for an additional $40…. What do you do with a dog while swimming? Felt like everywhere we turned there was someone thirsty for a tip or to charge for an add-on.

This hotel was outstanding! The service level is comparable or better than most 5 star hotels. The concierge and staff could not have been more helpful in making sure our needs were met and our days planned with great activities and dinner suggestions. It was the perfect stay! The location downtown near all the shops and restaurants can not be beat!! We hope to return again soon!
