The Cloudveil, Autograph Collection

I'd consider this a five star luxury hotel. The hotel is brand new. It is located in the center of town making it walkable to nearby attractions. Rooms were very nice, lobby was beautiful, and the staff was excellent.

Loved it. Looks exactly like the pictures and all the reviews were accurate.

The location of this hotel puts in second to none, when staying downtown in Jackson Hole. Excellent staff, clean room and common spaces, would recommend to friends and family without hesitation.

The decor throughout the Hotel was perfect. The only issue we had was getting our skis from storage to go skiing and to the airport. Either a lack of communication or the staff seamed to forget.

I stayed by myself and the room was spacious enough for just myself. I didn’t bring too much luggage but if I did I think it would get a little tight. The location is perfect right in town and you can walk anywhere. They provided refillable water bottles which was great and environmentally friendly and also had live music a couple times a week. All in all I’d stay again but I have to say walls are thin, I heard my neighbors tv and also the pillows were quite hard.

This is a really nice clean centrally located hotel in a city that has very few hotels and very few bargains! The rooms are very well laid out and comfortable with fireplaces and banquette seating. I recommend it highly.

We loved everything about our stay at Cloudveil in Jackson. Absolutely beautiful from the time you walk in the entrance, to the rooftop fire places, and the room. It's a fantastic place and we will visit again.

Everything was fabulous. The pillows were unsatisfactory. Had No options. Just the foam pillows.
