Breakfast is perfect. The family poor and beach are wonderful,too. The gallery is where I love best. I bought three small prints. They are by a local leader in bamboo and paper art, and I really like them.

I stayed at the Regent Hotel on Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam, for 5 days and 4 nights from February 18th to February 22nd 2026. I booked through Booking.com. When I checked out earlier , I gave the hotel receptionist my membership number of IHG.But I just checked and there are no points credited.Could you ＿the regent help me to get the missing points back ?

Очень красивые виллы, все сделано с очень хорошим вкусом и продумано до мелочей. Замечательное оснащение номера: красивые шляпы, халаты, шляпки, пляжные сумки - есть все и это все невероятно милое. Огромный выбор на завтраке. Хорошие рестораны. Детский клуб полон игрушек, а также есть беговелы, велосипеды, самокаты. И реально очень хороший сервис: всегда улыбающиеся сотрудники делают все возможное, чтобы исполнить любой запрос.

Не очень удобно расположены электрические розетки, их не хватает под рукой и в зоне тв особенно. Неудобное соединение техники с аудио колонкой и тв и по кабелю, и по Bluetooth и по airplay. Постоянно какие то затыки, приходилось вызывать помощь, хотя обычно легко справляемся со всем сами. Консьерж служба не очень подробно выполняет запросы вне отеля - могло быть лучше
