"Exceptional hardware with below standard software and execution."

The landscaping and water features were excellent. Views of sunset exceptional.

The staff could not speak English. Service was a serious let down. The food was mediocre, at best. It is catered for families with children so couples beware. Unless you enjoy screaming children, it is not a pleasant environment.

"Great overall"

Breakfast was better than most. I use Pho as the scale to measure how good the kitchen is when I go to hotels and it exceeded my expectation. Cheese options could be better though and grapes could be seedless to reach the icing on the cake level

Some parts of the resort are not as well maintained as some signs of wear are visible

It’s such an incredible place. Absolutely every aspect of attention to detail has been thought of. The rooms are beautiful, pools spacious with luxury loungers. Breakfast is out of this world.

"Amazing resort - as good as it gets!"

Very high end property, the sky pool villa is insane, the rooftop pools have incredible views, the AMAZING free breakfast, the food at each of the restaurants was delicious, all of the free beach activities, the complimentary mini bar and snacks in the room, and the very attentive staff
