Sunset Hotel

Very Pleasant family run hotel, very good Indian restaurant down stairs, very clean and tidy. The area around the estate lacks local restaurants and café's but a 15min walk to the station area has a few of these.

Plain hotel, enough to stay closer to the Airport for one night

Last week I paid a visit to Sunset Hotel with my colleagues to let them experience Indian Cuisine and enjoy Indian delicacy. It was the worst food that I have had if my life. Can you believe the "Shahi Paneer" was cooked in Tomato Sauce. There was absolutely no service...no customer delight. I felt these people are spoiling Indian Cuisine in Germany. NOT RECOMMEDNED AT ALL!!

The employees were friendly and helpful. The room looked nice but was scented and I did not care for the scent so had the windows open to try to get rid of it. There was a telephone in the room but it was unplugged. The bed was quite hard and water comes out of the shower through the gaps in the glass walls. No air conditioning here. Front desk is not staffed 24 hours. Had dinner at the Indian restaurant and the food was good but service not so great - disconcerting to see employee’s cigarette and cig package right next to the POS system there. No hand soap in ladies washroom in lobby so visited disabled washroom which has items stored inside and this takes away from the space needed for a disabled guest. The guest room door is thin and not well made and you hear all other doors slamming at night - the door handle was coming loose from the outside.

Good stay, but the room was not perfectly clean. The mirror and the shower were dirty.

No towel in the room. No phone to call for room service. No 24/7 concierge to ask for towel or room service. You just get an empty room with no service. Terrible experience.

A nice new hotel beautifully furnished, a super comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice room good location near airport and freeway access. Lots of hot water and great water pressure. Budget friendly. Very quiet too. Highly recommend.

Good and friendly check in. The room is in very good condition and quiet. Eating was very good. I would definitely stay there again.
