Easy access to airport. Clean room. Staff was friendly on check in. Would recommend for a quick visit that needs airport close by.

Hair in pillow and bathroom Small towels Pillows were small and in very bad condition Staff was just ok Room was very very smelly like something was coming out of the sewage system( shower) I covet the drain shower and close the bathroom door and was better Wifi was fast

If you're on a budget and you cannot find anything cheaper, this hotel is okay. Just don't forget to factor in the cost of transport. The hotel told me their recommended taxi would charge 10 Euros for a ride to the airport. They actually charged 13. So, you need to add the 26 Euros to the price (versus the hotels that offer free or super cheap shuttles). There's no aircon in the room (which was very hot indeed) and reception is only available during limited hours. Breakfast is not available. If you stay here, don't forget your earplugs. The walls are super thin and so you can hear lots of noise. There is no safe in the room and the pillows are the cheapest available. I booked here because of the hotel's 9.3 rating on Booking.com ... but I genuinely have no clue how they got that rating. It is a 7 at best. Would I return? Probably not. I didn't hate it. I only stayed for one night, which I could tolerate. But there surely must be better options in the area.

The positives of this hotel are: - modern and clean - large room - inexpensive airport hotel, 5- 10 minute taxi drive to FRA The limitations are - reception has limited hours 2 - 10 pm, otherwise no service - no breakfast service or restaurant, and very few restaurants in walking distance. - no lounge area or general seating area, no conference room - no air conditioning in room - no amenities: very small TV, no coffee or tea in room (though you can ask for a water cooker at the receptions to make your own) only one ceiling light in the entire room! (no bed lamp, no desk lamp, no hall/entry light), no extra blankets, no safe - no easy-chair, but there is a small table and chairs - no early check-in or late check-out allowed - No airport shuttle, but they have a deal with a local taxi service at ten Euros for airport transportation. They can give you the phone number. Bottom line: good for a quick, inexpensive overnight stay in a clean modern room. But don't expect anything more.

The rooms are very basic. This hotel has lots of good reviews, but I am not really sure why. Compared to other hotels near by who are affiliated with large groups for a similar price, this one is lacking. The room aren't larger than the other hotels we stayed in, the beds are small, the TV is fairly small too (when nowadays larger TVs are cheap to purchase), there aren't any small lights for when you want to read at night (you have to ask the front desk for a light), the hotel reception is not open past 10 and before 8 or 9 the morning. There is no breakfast, not even a bar where you can buy something, when you arrive they already want to know when you will be out the next morning to work the clean up of the rooms. A few times I had to say that I was not sure what time we were going and remind the staff that the check out is normally 11:00 AM. The parking is just a small outside sidewalk, it isn't covered and it cost 10 euros. It seems an other way to make easy money for a poor quality place to park your car. The staff is nice, but extra-cautious. You have to have all people who stay at night be present when you sign in and show proof of Covid vaccination. You can't leave someone in the car with the suitcase until you know where to park and you have the key before you can check in. It seems extreme as measures and without flexibility. The room doesn't have a clock, the pillow are cheap quality, you are given small towels. The one good point is the internet speed.

Reception closed at 10 pm.No assistance for customer . Need to book at the reception the taxi the day before leaving . I left the hotel at 9.30 am and it was really a problem to find a taxi. No restaurant, no breakfast. Never again!
