"Fix the issues of the hotel"

Elevators broken throughout the entire 4 day trip. Not a single effort was made to fix it or put a sign. Shower sliding door broken, faucet broken, electrical outage one night. Other than that lol, it was good

THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR US TO GET TO THE HOSPITAL. THE FOOD WAS GOOD

THE CARPET IN OUR ROOM WAS SOILED, COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER. WE WERE THERE FOR SURGERY THE NEXT DAY AND NEEDED A CLEANER ROOM. ROOM 509

"When are time in Colorado?"

Regarding my stay at this facility. I absolutely love the employees at this establishment. They are so friendly. Excellent. After jobs and I will definitely return. Just for that, the gentleman behind the bar was so friendly. I don't drink much, but I'd go just for a soda. He is so much fun. The location is great for anything you might want to do in the Denver. Aurora area, it will take you everywhere in that area. Unfortunately the only issue I had was with the food. It wasn't the time breakfast was over. It was the fact that The food wasn't always enough out there for everyone. And they were stating, well, sorry, there's no more.And when you pay for a hotel room and breakfast, that's just not something you want to hear.And especially in the wintertime, it would be nice to have coffee or cocoa all day long, not just in your room which coco and tea is not available outside of what you get in your room and in the winter months that goes fast Just saying other than that? Everything in that hotel is great. Even water downstairs would be great to sit down and have and none of that is available You would have to go to the bar to get that. There's another Hyatt Hotel Destin down the street. Have not stayed at that hotel yet, but I go to Colorado. Probably 6 to 8 times a year hard to say if I wanted to stay at any other hotel at this time. Because I think I found the hotel I love, so I think I found my hotel.

Like, I stated in the other paragraph. Just the food has an issue. And the fact of not getting coffee or hot cocoa in the wintertime during the day, when it is so cold, we're even a water.If you need it.

Alex at the fron desk was amazing! Always greeting guests with a smile and acknowledgement when you passed by the desk. Two ladies working the breakfast everyday so helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was great! Shout out to the awesome staff at the Hyatt House!! Made our 14 day stay more pleasurable than anticipated. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. 💜
