The ambiance.

The low toilet in our room. The fact that the restaurant was closed on both our nights.

Had a wonderful stay at Irish Cottage Inn & Suites. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The on-site pub had a great atmosphere with live music, which made for a really enjoyable evening. The highlight of my stay was Brian, the shuttle driver. He was incredibly warm and friendly and went out of his way to share recommendations and interesting details about Galena. His kindness and local insights turned what was meant to be just a quick pit stop into a much more memorable experience. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I spent a couple of days in Galena recently and had the pleasure to stay at the Irish Cottage Inn & Suites. The property is charming with lots of references to Ireland. We took advantage of the sitting library and afternoon tea each day. That was a lovely break from shopping and site seeing. The room itself (standard King) was spacious, clean and comfortable. The Inn also offered breakfast in the morning that is a step above your standard hotel breakfast fare. We had eggs and pancakes and there were plenty of other things available like yogurt, toast and bagels. We also ate at the pub connected to the hotel and found that to be a good experience as well. The staff was terrific. They were very helpful and we appreciated how friendly everyone was. Overall we would return to this property on any future visit to the area.

The front desk clerks who helped us Thursday evening and Friday morning were polite and helpful.

Everything. We had an exceptional time! Loved the attached pub and live music. Bed was amazing, slept so good!

Very nice authentic Irish decor inside and out. Very nice staff. Comfy rooms and bed. Nice quiet AC. Pub food and drink very good but pricey. $11 for a pint of Guinness.

I love the afternoon teatime. The pool was nice. Having the restraunt attached was nice. Good proximity to downtown and the shuttle option was good.

The mattress was hard and the sheets had hairs on them when we pulled back the top cover.
