"The room was great, just wouldn't eat there, the breakfast was lacking as well."

The location was close to town, we could have walked to the Grant House.

The restaurant dinner was nothing special, I realized later I never got my Kale slaw with my fish and chips, the chips were awesome the fish was buried in batter. My husband thought the bangers were very processed. The desert was so tiny thought it was from the kids menu. And this is not an inexpensive restaurant.

Loved the reading room. Warm and comfortable. Enjoyed the late afternoon tea. Good to have coffee all day too. Finger food was good too. All perfect for the end of a busy day. Went to the bar to hear music Friday night. Group was terrific. Lively, great instrumentation, good personalities. Breakfast was fine. Very basic like a Holiday Inn Express. Irish soda bread would have been special.

Farther away from center of town than we expected, but lucky to haveparking!
