From start to end of stay welcomed with the most friendly and helpful team Room was massive and very clean Bed comfortable Breakfast was the best we’ve had in Llandudno Will definitely be back Hopefully soon

"Dusty unclean room, shower needs replacing. Breakfast was delicious and location brilliant for ever."

Location was really good, close to town and beach. Fantastic breakfast with really hot plates and food well cooked.

The room was very dusty, looks as though the paint work has never been cleaned. The bathroom shower was mouldy , broken and dirty trimmings inside the shower. We never took a shower because of the condition of the shower. The stair handrail was filthy dirty. I don’t think it had been wiped down for a very long time. We had a twin room and the sheets on the bed were different colours and didn’t fit properly.

No lift and 3 floors. Rooms were tired and bathroom needed upgrading.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service . Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was yummy.
