Location was great. Near the pier and beach.

Accomodation needs refurbishment. Black mould around shower tiles, worn and old bedding, peeling wallpaper and dirty paintwork.

Excellent location. Really good breakfast, and very comfortable room.

My only complaint was that I would've liked someone on reception on checking out time. To thank them for an excellent stay.

Breakfast was lovely freshly cooked to our liking and on hot plates a good choice off Breakfast. The room was big with big beds. Very lovely friendly staff....

Welcoming given a front door key outside was very clean and of well maintained nice bench set if your a smoker we had a king sea view room bit dated with furniture but bed was very comfortable lovely clean bedding massive to on the wall and free WiFi bathroom was dated as well but very clean and towels were nice and fluffy and clean complamentry items in bathroom as well breakfast was served from 8-9.30 the breakfast was one of the best we have had lots of continental items and then a full English plentiful and hot toast tea coffee lovely place to stay very central to the shops and the pier and would recommend will definitely be back

Staff and breakfast

Our room was advertised as sea view , not part sea view but you could not see the sea unless stood up with your head against the window. This room should not of been advertised as a sea view room. We complained to the hotel and are awaiting a reply from booking.com. we ended up leaving after one night to the Chatsworth for a proper see view room.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good, freshly cooked breakfast each day.

The room was a little small, we asked for a room with the least stairs but when we arrived we were on the second floor , lots of stairs and no lift as my husbands 82 struggled a bit.

Size and clean room. Staff were good. Breakfast was good. Location was good in terms of some local attractions.

It was very hot but fan was not available for first night. Couldn’t sleep well. It is just in front of a very busy pub so it was quite noisy in the night.
