Great location, friendly

Not as modern but great for short stay

Breakfast was good and plentiful and staff were pleasant.

Shower was a bit hit and miss.

L'emplacement était très bien ! Nous avions vue sur une partie de la mer depuis notre chambre et étions proches de nombreuses commodités : bus, mer, tramway, téléphérique, ponton, etc. De plus, la chambre était joliment décorée dans un esprit château ancien. La personne qui s'occupe de l'accueuil et du petit déjeuner s'est montrée très bienveillante avec nous lorsqu'elle a compris que nous aurions que très peu de temps pour prendre notre petit déjeuné sachant que celui-ci ouvrait à 8h et qu'à 8h15 nous devions aller prendre un bus à 2 pas de l'hôtel.

Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter du breakfast anglais car nous ignorons que celui-ci ne débutait qu'à partir de 8h. Ce fut donc une petite décéption pour nous. Heureusement, nous avons tout de même pu manger des céréales, yaourts, fruits, jus de fruits, etc.

Location was fab. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in a BnB. Room was clean and spacious, towels changed regularly and tea n coffee sachets replenished daily. Bedding was lovely but my only criticism would be the mattress. In the room we were in (four poster), the mattress definitely needs updating, it was way too soft. Also site should advertise that Kiki will give you a pass to park, which we didn't know about, so we paid on our first day, whereas once we checked in we paid £20 for a pass and when we checked out, we were given the £20 deposit back.

In all fairness, we were contacted before we arrived to tell us that the room we had chosen on Booking.com was on the top floor and there was No lift.We didn't see this mentioned on the site, and the booking was a Non refundable one, so we said it was okay, but my partner has a very bad knee and it wasn't till we arrived that it hit home it was a four storey building. I wanted to ask for a room change after day one, but my partner was too proud and said he could manage, albeit slowly, but it ended up that if we nipped back for something from the room, that I did the running up and down. Also check out of 10.30am instead of 10am would be nice to give you more time after breakfast to get things together

The hosts were very welcoming , our king room.was spacious, comfortable and attention to detail was spot on , breakfast was lovely, will definitely return to white court llandudno.

Mostly rundown bit tatty...several boxes in hall...no lift to top floor...4 poster room 15 very outdated

Lovely room with four poster bed.. great bathroom. Breakfast was really nice. Lovely relaxing stay will be going back

The stairs but nothing you can do about it and they do let you know in advance..
