Lovely, clean property in a great location. Excellent breakfast that was included in the booking price. They went above and beyond when my dad accidentally left his jumper there, he didn’t even realise, they contacted us and sorted the postage and return to his address. First class service!

I booked to stay with a friend when i got to room realised i had made a mistake while booking as it was my fault i explained i couldnt stay but did not ask for refund the lady was great didnt want us to go said she would cancel booking and gave us another room breakfast was amazing as last time i stayed

Kiki,the host, is one of the nicest people I ever met,very attentive to your needs,going above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location of the hotel is excellent and the breakfast delicious (full English/Welsh breakfast, butter, jam,cereals, tea, coffee etc). Very good value for amount paid.

Rooms are a little bit outdated but as I said for the money paid can't really complain.
