We had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Lasser, a supervisor at the hotel He went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday truly special, and it meant more to our family than words can express. From his kindness to his attentiveness, Lasser made sure every detail was taken care of and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. His exceptional customer service turned a regular stay into a memorable celebration. Thank you, Lasser, for making my daughter’s birthday so special—we will never forget it!

We went to Atlanta to celebrate my daughter's 8th birthday. The Embassy Suites was what made the trip so great. The night we got there we were greeted by Anite who is the kindest person in customer service I've encountered. Then we tried to go to the pool that closes at 10, but the key stops working a few minutes before. We asked if they would let us in to swim and another kind gentleman let us in to swim and made my kid's day. The rooms were great and comfortable for the 3 of us. The omelet lady Connie is amazing. Too many details to list. Highly recommend!

I will say, the lobby was clean and the building itself had potential, but the lack of basic hospitality and working amenities ruined what could’ve been a good stay. Definitely not the experience I expected from a hotel with this reputation.

I rarely leave poor reviews, but my experience at this Embassy Suites was extremely disappointing. I booked a king bed, 2-room suite and paid accordingly, only to be given a room with two beds. When I brought this up, James at the front desk told me there was nothing that could be done because it was booked through a third-party site and all kings were full. No effort was made to make it right. Then I got to the room — the A/C was off and it was unbearably hot. The refrigerator wasn’t working and was leaking water all over the floor. I reported it to James as well, and when I returned after getting groceries, the fridge was at least turned on — but now had visible mold inside, making it unusable and ruining the food I had just purchased. By then, I was fed up and exhausted, so I just slept it off. I expected much better from a brand like Embassy Suites. Poor customer service, room issues, and a general lack of care — I won’t be returning to this location.

No. Sheets and blankets for the pull out bed. Then there was no one to deliver them to the room. No in restaurant dining for lunch and could not take breakfast back to my room so I got breakfast because I was in a zoom session I

Anita from the front desk went above and beyond to make our check in happen after a mix-up with the parking garage. Our room was lovely. Would definitely recommend this property.
