Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Midtown

I am leaving this 1-star review based primarily on a poor customer service interaction with a restaurant employee named Connie at Embassy Suites by Hilton Midtown. When I approached the restaurant for breakfast, a black lady by the name of “Connie” informed me that breakfast was closed. While that information itself was fine, the manner in which it was delivered was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. What made the experience worse was that immediately afterward, she proceeded to laugh and make comments about the situation to another employee within earshot, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Hospitality is not just about policies or hours—it’s about how guests are treated. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression of the hotel’s service standards. I hope management addresses this, as no guest should feel mocked or uncomfortable simply for asking a question.

My tv in the living room area did not work even after they sent someone to look at it

Customer service Representative Jada, was very professional and gave me excellent customer service. She was very nice to me and my coworkers!

My Mother and I came to see the Cirque du Soleil show Luzia and stayed here. It is within walking distance in good weather and the whole area is walkable. The hotel is beautiful, super clean, friendly staff and we had drink vouchers for 2 drinks at happy hour in the lobby! The rooms are very spacious and have everything we would have needed to stay a week even though we were only there for a night. I would definitely book with this hotel again when coming to Atlanta!

The pillow cases were not clean. There were no slippers, no personal care swags..

I didn't like that.I didn't receive my money back.I had to put a hundred dollars into deposit and I know they took the parking fee out of it... But they did not reimburse me with the rest of my money , and I did not leave the hotel room mess stuff or nothing.

Friendly and respectful staff

Location has old battered future and old sour rugs throughout hotel. Felt completely unclean as soon as I stepped off elevator. The have heavy “motel” style doors. For the price of $200/nighty I expect so much more. I’ve seen better at $88/night hotel such as Holiday Inn. It’s clear this location is only in business because of proximity to Atlanta attractions. Would not recommend.
