"Unethical operator who falsely advertises"

Great Location

I’m by trade a hotelier so I take the matter of false advertising seriously. We booked a deluxe one bedroom apartment that claimed to be 45sqm in size, showed on booking.com for this specific room type a large balcony with table and chairs and stated that the living room had a sofa bed that slept 2 children. On arrival we found a much smaller apartment, with a narrow balcony with two small stools and an unsanitary sofa (not sofa bed with a mattress) that folded down. There was significant damage to the property (walls, skirting boards) and some towels provided we’re not clean. The location is also under significant street construction where the workers work at night - at no stage was this communicated either via booking.com or by the operator TLV2GO The operator did after…

"Confusing, Unfriendly and pricey"

Location, we'll equipped. Nice garden.

Very very small. Too much info for check-in (though it's automatic). Unfriendly communication. Asked for late checkout (at 14h00l but they asked for another night. Way too expensive. The sleeping room has no direct light since the window blackout is armored and does not open, seems like a bunker.
