The apartment was very well/ smartly equipped (kitchen, washing). The location is perfect, close to everything (restaurants, shops, walking alley to the see) but on the other hand apart and quiet.

Once the neighbors on the last floor above me, at the end of my stay, poured sand from the balcony on my dinner (I stayed in my ground floor garden). I did not bother anybody but there may be some rules how to use balconies upstairs.

The location was very nice - 5 min walk from Gordon Beach + many nice breakfast and dinner options on Ben Yahuda street. The staff was responsive, all information about check-in and check-out was clearly communicated beforehand. Kitchen was well equiped and there was washing machine that we used frequently.

We stayed in Mr. Montana apartment #2: 1. The apartment turned out to be much smaller. The bedroom was tiny with a tiny window that was closed with metal shields (i found out that it is now widespread in the buildings so you can use this room as a bunker in case of attack) and there was no information about that. The bedroom is very small, like 2,5 meters long, you can barely walk between the wall and the bed. 2. The main room didn't have any carpet, cozy pictures on the walls, only white walls, with scratches - so don't expect the apartment #2 to look as cozy as on the pictures. 3. The sofa in the main room smelled like it was clean but was all stained and dusty, it was unpleasant to seat there. 4. The sink in the bathroom was so tiny that even the kid could not use it normally. The size of the sink was like my palm - this also was never on the pictures - all bathrooms that you see on the pictures probably are in other apartments not in #2. The shower doors and the floor did not work properly so a lot of water leaked and we had to remove it from the floor all the time (probably that is why they have a special mop there prepared for that) 5. The garden also looks abandoned and like no one takes care of it, no grass and a couple of plants+ there were 2 deck chairs on the pictures and we got only one. Overall, i was disappointed when I saw the apartment because it looks different from what they give on the pictures.

the layout wasn’t so good, it definitely didn’t feel like a 50m2 apartment, long hallway and tiny bathroom and bedroom. it generally wasn’t very clean.

pipes in bathroom smelled a bit and the tv was in Hebrew couldn’t navigate it properly..

The bedroom wasn’t that we imagined.
