We booked for 4 people, but we only had a double bed prepared, so we needed to transform the coach into a bed ourselves and pull over tue bed sheets, pillows and and so on. The place is never 40 m2, but much smaller!!!!

Great location (walking distance to shops, beach and restaurants). Better value than hotel for larger families. Enough space to relax with well equipped kitchen. Will definitely use again - highly recommended.

"Great location to enjoy Tel Aviv day and night"

Location, facilities, instructions.

Bathroom needs better drainage or a floor squeegee broom at least. Please advise about the subway construction. It wouldn't break the deal for me but it was hard to move around with a car.
