Good location and space in the apartment,but the property needs some repair and maintenance. There was also a strange smell in the bathroom.

"Great view, Prime location, some issues to keep in mind"

Excellent location. Great view - Nothing beats eating on the lovely balcony of the penthouse. Very well equipped (dishwasher and washing machine!). I liked the interior design.

Short on storage - one of the rooms doesn't even have a place for luggage (any luggage). No luggage storage at the building or nearby. Office hours may be an issue when problems arise after work hours. Safe isn't secured to the wall (or at all). Tear and wear showing on some points - Some mold in the shower ceiling and silicon strips, the upper floor router and cable box dangling from the TV and Loby's door won't lock.
