La localisation est idéale, la terrasse et la vue mer sont très appréciables La cuisine est bien équipée avec lave linge Très bon accueil et facilité d’échange avec les responsables de l’établissement

La seule chose à améliorer serait d’installer davantage de placards pour ranger les affaires car il n’y en a pas assez pour un logement de 6 personnes

Tout le reste!!! Photos non conformes au descriptif de la réservation. Pas de Clim dans la chambre. Canapé lit démesurément petit , dans un état déplorable et qui n’a à mon avis jamais été nettoyé. Cafards dans la maison les 2 premiers jours. Murs sales et pas entretenus ni nettoyés. « Store » en papier inadapté , cassé et sale dans la chambre. Un seul placard dans la chambre pour toute la famille. Appartement très sombre dès le levé du jour. Coffre fort « mobile!!! » pas fixe au mur donc inutile ( pose sur un étagère du placard). Voilâges dans le séjour sales avec des taches douteuses comme tout le reste. Nous avons des photos et des vidéos pour prouver nos dires et comptons sur vous pour nous dédommager pour ce séjour catastrophique sachant que nous n’avons pas réussi à vous joindre et que le message laissé sur la messagerie interne est resté aussi sans réponse. Tres très déçu pour une société de votre envergure. Merci de prendre contact au plus vite avec nous. Nous avons des vidéos à vous transmettre mais votre système ne le permet pas. Good location,near Gordon beach and central city.

The location was exceptional. Two corner convenience stores within 50-100ft. Laundry service facility within 100ft. Easy walk-able access to beach and a plethora of restaurants and shopping. Bldg access instructions- clear and made sense KITCHEN- suitable for easy cooking if you need to prepare meals, enough dishes, cups, for dining. Dish soap provided. DINING- table large enough to accommodate 4 if needed. LIVING ROOM- Sofa was large enough for 3 to sit comfortable in front of TV and hang out. BEDROOM- Comfortable Bed, safe in closet. BATHROOM- spacious floor space, shower has good pressure, has a washing/drying machine combo PATIO- Nice private patio with plenty of outdoor seating, and dining space.

Renter beware, there is no onsite services/host/owner (at least during Shabbat days Friday, and Saturday), this unit is managed by third party TLV2GO, communication is through text and/or long wait/time phone calls. - ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS- clear and made sense -A/C INSTRUCTIONS did not apply to this unit. Please note this unit is a ground floor unit apartment #2, it has central air & an unmarked black remote control to control temperature. The remote control was placed in a black wall decorative candle holder which we did not see till about an hour after arriving and going back and for with TLVGO that the provided wall unit a/c instructions did not apply to this unit. -HOT WATER BOILER INSTRUCTIONS- did not apply to this unit. We did not have hot water for 8+hrs, we went back and forth texting and calling TLVGO for clarity and different instructions for this unit. Nothing changed in their response. It was scripted and the same as the original boiler instructions. We figured out that there is a button behind the TV underneath the international symbol for wifi button, this symbol for the boiler is a flower/asterix/ type symbol, we pressed it an it illuminated in red, waited an hour and the water finally started getting warm. -KITCHEN- Not enough outlets for appliances, needs a power strip, no drying mat, minimal to no provided extras (coffee, tea, sugar, items to get you started) . -DINING small space better suited for 2. -Living Room- Couch is old, throw pillow has seen better days. -BEDROOM the rod to hang clothes was unreachable, im 5'4 and could not reach it. There is a wall lamp that was convenient but the wire had a short, so we left it off for safety concern. The door handle to the room is broken, falls apart when opening or shutting. -BATHROOM- tiny sink. Minimal provisions provided. One of the towels had a hole in it. Shower door seal/strips fall off and water leaks outside of shower glass walls.
