Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in. Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) can be provided for an additional fee upon request. Deliveries will be between 11 am and 4 pm. StripViewSuites Hours of Operation are from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm, seven days a week, Including holidays. Valet Parking is available for up to one vehicle. Parking for additional guest vehicles is available at the MGM Grand self-parking structure.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Very nice room after I was given the wrong room but was lied about a promise they made to us."

The pricing was good and the location was excellent

We were given the wrong room, we were given a smaller room. Then I had to talk to the receptionist and they informed me I needed to contact a management company to change. They told me they would change my room in 3 hours and I would be compensated. Today is now 2 weeks later and received a message after countless times I’ve messaged for an update for my compensation… they informed me today that the management company decided no compensation is required because they gave us the rite room later that day.

The suite itself was nice and clean, and the location is great.

However, we were disappointed that the unit we received was on the 2nd floor. The listing photos show high-floor views, which gave us a different expectation. We asked if it was possible to move to a higher floor but unfortunately it wasn’t available.
