Location. We otherwise just dealt with it and vowed not to return again.

Staff was not welcoming/friendly - felt very transactional. We were also brushed off at check-in and shunned because we "booked through a 3rd party" aka Booking.com. The sinks backed up in our room. The water in the shower wasn't consistently warm. The pool area was mediocre at best.

Location, staff, and the property. One bedroom unit was very spacious!

Re valet: There needs to be a better way to tip the valet especially if you’re staying for a longer period of time. It’s rather pricey to tip every single time they bring the car, which for me was at least two to three times a day, and I stayed for a week. Re floor number: I wanted a unit on a higher floor. Some options would say “penthouse” which I know those are high up, sadly they only had studios and not a one bedroom. In another listing someone asked what floor are the units on and management said that the units will be anywhere between floor twenty something to thirty something…I can’t remember. Regardless I ended up on the sixth floor….very unexpected. Because there are multiple listings for this property and multiple management companies within the three towers it can get VERY confusing. A simple solution would be to just list the floor number along with the units features like bathroom, kitchen, type of view etc.

Location and pricing was great for 7 people

Bath tub jets looked dirty.

We loved the view from our room or the Sphere and airport. The covered walkway with people mover to the MGM was very convenient.

The kitchen was nice to have but no food items were included. No sugar, salt, pepper, coffee pods, spices or other basic items were present to get us started.

The apartment is generously sized and very comfortable — a real step up from a standard room, with plenty of space to unwind after a busy day on the Strip. The bed is large and genuinely comfortable, which makes a noticeable difference when you're doing Las Vegas properly. The bathroom is enormous and well appointed — a real luxury touch that elevates the whole stay.

The valet parking situation is a genuine source of frustration, particularly in the mornings when wait times can stretch on for a very long time. If you have an early start, a tour booked, or a flight to catch, this can throw your whole schedule off and leave you standing around with no good options. It's a shame, because it's really the only weak point in an otherwise excellent stay — but it's one worth knowing about before you arrive.

It was close proximity to all the casinos and strip.

The drinks and kiosks inside the property were quite expensive. But that’s to be expected from the strip nowadays.
