The location is really central. In a radius of 5 minutes walking you get almost everything you need: pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, takeaways, souvenirs, taxi, .... The car park is guarded 24 hours a day and is just 5 minutes walking from the appartment.

The bed linen could be fresher. While open the building door (not the apartment door) it's easy to make a wound on your finger. I did. Turn the key and slide your hand immediately to the left is the solution. The building is served by a pedestrian only road. To park the car you need to walk 5 minutes. For us its ok but in case you have someone with low mobility with you beware of this.

Great location in city central, nearby parking (included) was very helpful. Windows were sound proof!

Hot! No ac likely typical of the area, the fans provided were useful.

The apartment was large enough for my family of 4 and it was family friendly. We had all the necessary items to handle making a few meals in the apartment and also the ability to do laundry. Getting around the city center was very convenient and we didn't require getting our car unless we were planning to explore other areas of the island.

We arrived to weather that was slightly hotter than normal. Due to the heat and humidity, the apartment got hotter than the supplied fans could keep up with. We were definitely missing our AC. There is the option to open a couple of windows but depending on the night, it could be a bit loud due to the outdoor activities close by.

Location is amazing…right in the heart of the city.

It can get noisy as there is a popular bar/restaurant just below…we used earplugs to cope with the noise.

Beautiful apartment in the best location! (See note below about the noise though.) Nighttime noise aside, I would actually stay here again. It has everything you need, the apartment is very clean, is as pictured, is within walking distance to pretty much everything, & has comfortable beds. There are two fans provided, and you will definitely need them as there is no A/C but we were here the end of May so it wasn't too terribly hot for us. (I also travel with a small fan just in case and I'm glad I did!) There are lots of towels, including beach towels to use, and the kitchen is fully stocked. There was even a supply of coffee and tea, sugar, and a few condiments. We added a couple to the cupboards, too. LOL. Oh, and one night it rained really hard so we had to purchase an umbrella. We donated it to the apartment so it's there if anyone else needs one. We also left some brochures about some attractions/tours. The cafes that are pretty much right outside the main door were very nice as well. Having laundry facilities was also great! I can't rate the host because I never heard from them at all.

As everyone else has commented, it is VERY loud at night due to the bars: 1 is immediately below the window, and the other is just 100m down the street. That said, the noise was mostly people talking, laughing having a good time - not loud music or fighting. If you close the window however, it GREATLY cuts down on the noise. If you close the window and put in ear plugs or earbuds, you don't hear anything at all! If you don't mind that, you'll love this place! Go down and join everyone! :) The early check-out was a bit of a nuisance, but workable - we just took our luggage and enjoyed coffee near the square and did a bit of last minute shopping.
