Very clean and confortable apartment. The location, in the city center, easy to get the main places. The apartment has everything you need.

There's a pub in front and at night it's a bit noisy. It wasn't a problem for us but it could be for bad sleepers.

This bright and airy apartment was nothing short of amazing. It is well thought out and accounted for everything. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, cookery, dish soap, new sponge, 2 coffee makers (drip and single serve), coffee(!), paper towels, napkins, and more. There's a separate laundry room with washer and dryer - 4 washer pods were supplied, and cleaning supplies. Bathroom was clean and large, plenty of toilet paper. Bed was comfortable and linens were very nice. Extra towels were supplied. Plenty of storage and plenty of hangers. The electric extension cords also had USB slots!!! The thoughtfulness that went into making the apartment home away from home went above and beyond.

Communication wasn't the best. We had to cut our 7 night stay by 2 nights - sent two messages and never received an acknowledgment. And, no fault of the property, but be prepared (as other reviews indicate) for the bar across the street to play loud music until 06:00 a couple nights a week. Might be a problem if it's hot and closing the windows is not an option as there is no air conditioning.

Great location in the historic area. Close to attractions and shops and restaurants. Clean and comfy. The washer AND dryer are a great addition. Kitchen is well equipped and apartment is a good size. It was our second stay!

Parking can be a pain if you have a car.

we loved the location on a nice lively street but there were a lot of beggars that annoyed us. the hotels near provided us with good breakfasts. elevator was nice. comfortable beds lots of space can’t open the curtains or the building in front can see right inside, but that’s a city.

-the llate night noise until 3 am -the early mandatory check out 10:00am -the shower door opens in an awkward way difficult to have a bath -management company not accommodating when requesting a little later check out, reason was because next guests were checking in on the same day we were leaving. But when we checked their calendars of their two websites both showed our departure days were open and available for booking. so they lied. not accommodating but understandable it’s a big company with many rentals. lucky the nice hotel across the street let us store our luggage there all day for free.

Perfect location, nice facilities, super quality beds and a lot of towels :)

Modern and clean Close to cafes, bars, restaurants, and supermarket

Bar at the end of the street can be noisy at night, the windows did a good job of keeping the apartment quiet. This would no prevent me from renting the apartment in the future.

Great place for good price. Very central location, a lot of privacy.

Unfortunately the apartment is located on the laudest street in Ponta Delgada. There was people literally screaming and playing instruments until 2-3 AM. I didn't have even one night of good sleep. Definitely a place for people who want to party and go out!

Location was amazing! Right in the middle of all of the Ponta Delgada nightlife and restaurants. Easy to walk all over the best parts of town. Using the paid parking lots by the waterfront is the best if you are renting a car.

The bar up the street is open until 2AM and can be very loud. The street itself is also quite noisy - sometimes all night long - until 5AM! Rooms can be hot if you do not manage the air flow and fans.

We stayed for 5 days, location is great but expect to be fairly noisy due to the street below. Biggest downsides are no air conditioning and parking. The accommodation gets pretty warm all day long. Local parking is not easy to figure unless you are experienced with the area.
