Stayed in this property for two nights. My room didn't make; trashcan was full, not replacing water bottles, coffee/tea, shampoo/soap and television have only Turkish channels and a remote control not working on day,#2. Staff doesn't seem to care about customers, unable to answer simple questions for example, how far the hotel to down town ( language barrier?) and more...

Great option for an overnight stay close to IST. Was able to order a cab for an early flight and front desk service was very helpful. Room was very clean and had all amenities I could need for a brief overnight stay before a 7am flight.
