It was OK for an airport stop over, priced right for that purpose... 10 € to hotel in yellow taxi and 15€ back to the airport. Clean and relativeable comfortable. I'd stay again

"The front desk was dishonest"

Beware of the front desk “help” services! We needed to go to a Taksim Square. The front desk asked us many questions if we were the first time in Istanbul and after we said “yes”, he offered his hotel ride services for the same price as city taxi. We found out later we were ripped off. I also left a tip to a front desk guy thinking that he helped us. Don’t use the front desk assistance at any costs! The area is also very dirty there and nowhere to go to eat. I wish I never booked this place! Waste of money and bad service. The hotel is about 12 miles from the airport

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and short distance to Istanbul airport makes it a convenient place to stay for a layover. However, it's surprising how the hotel has run down only after a few years of opening. The bathroom was rusty, covered in limescale. Water was lukewarm, which made it uncomfortable to take a shower. Overall, it wasn't the most comfortable stay.
