Express Plus Hotel

Hotel is close to the airport. Rooms are spacious but the bathrooms are tiny & dark. Don’t like the fact that the AC/heat unit is controlled by the front desk & you have to call them every time to turn up/down the temperature or fan speed. Breakfast is a set meal that you don’t get to choose from a menu or anything. It was OK though. Wished we could’ve had the option to choose what we wanted to eat though.

Very close to airport

I missed a connecting flight and decided to stay in Istanbul. Since it was same-day reservation I searched for a hotel in 10-20 min away by taxi. Photos of Airport express were good and total non refundable double room was $47. So I took it. The taxi was $9 to get in hotel. Hotel is under construction, but room and facilities were acceptable. Staff was however above "acceptable". Whatever I asked was arranged for little pay compared to the USA. I hired car with a driver for 3 hours and 110 euro and manage to see enough just for one day to stay. There is great restaurant Durumcu Musa Usta 12 min walking distance (not expensive). There is 18 min away Metro station Tasoluk. Hampton Inn even closer in same area if you prefer hotel chains.

I paid for a room of 344 sq feet, and they gave me another - as far as I understand it was 268 sq feet. I ordered one portion of food for the evening, but they brought 2 portions. I returned it, but in the morning they said that I had to pay for two portions. I refused and only paid for one portion - in cash, so that my credit card would not be charged for two.

"The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly. In short, even though I only stayed for one night, I was very satisfied. I will check in next time if I pass by.

We stayed here for our first and last day in Istanbul while we waited for our accommodations closer to the inner city to become available. I was SO impressed by how well we were treated and accommodated by all of the staff specially Oswald and Bilal. Bilal went out of his way to ensure our stay was everything we needed it to be and more and more as an excellent representation for your hotel. I wish we had more of him back in the United States because hotels would run a lot more smoothly! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Smoking propagates around even though noone smoked on the floor, otherwise would be excellent. Recommend positioning as a non-smoking property (smoking is banned within 10m of the building)

Check in staff was very nice and helpful. Especially Bilal and Huseyn. Hotel is not very far from airport only about 10 minute drive without traffic.

It is what it is…. An airport hotel and only for a short stay…. Nice and close to airport. Very friendly staff.

I picked this hotel because it was extremely close to the airport. Quiet comfort and it was perfect. The staff are impeccably professional and courteous. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. Thank you so much!
