Bungalows Las Arenas

Location excellent. Right on the beach, nice pool. Enjoyable stay, Thank you Caesar for all your help.

No lounge chairs for the beach, just regular hard plastic chairs. Bring small pillows if hard chairs are a problem on your back. All furniture in the room and outside the room is also extremely uncomfortable. Again, glad we had our own small pillows with us. Beds ok, but not spectacular. Bathroom in the room we had (#18) was pretty disgusting. Needs major reno work, and very small. Hubby had to back in to sit on the toilet. He is 6'4".

Awesome location. Nice place and staff.

Paid higher price for a bungalow but got Room #1, probably the worst one in the hotel, facing directly onto the main street sidewalk. If the curtains were open, people walking by could look straight into the room. All other ground-floor rooms, including the cheaper ones, were not facing the street.

The "suite" was a tiny room with a bar fridge and nothing else, at bungalow price - definitely not worth the money

Rooms are very basic. no water pitcher in the room - but we did get 2 water glasses. No safety deposit box in the room. Apparently The last visitors walked off with the keys and they said they needreplacd it. We were not comfortable leaving our valuables there even though he said there was someone always around. They did have a nice pool which we did not usd. Probably would give this place a pass next time considering the condition of the room and what we paid for it thru Expedia.

No kitchen exhaust fan, no bathroom exhaust fan and the little stove the gas was barely coming out

Location

When I arrived I was not given the room I booked and needed to pay additional money to move to the room I booked. I was very disappointed by this and how I all of a sudden couldn’t access the pictures i had used to book. I wanted a kitchen space and did not get one till the 3rd night and had to pay $200 more. I won’t be using booking.com for this reason as it was very frustrating to have to argue after travelling and then to pay more money.
