It was clean, safe and the staff was excellent and the manager Oscar was really knowledgeable and helpful

everything was good with the room.

On Saturday and Sunday nights, especially Saturday, there was considerable noise from the room next door, #4, until after 2:30 AM. I guess the sound rules are not enforced.

We had a wonderful stay with pleasant staff, breakfast across the street, close to shopping and places to see. A few things need upgrading such as door knobs, the safe needs a digital upgrade, the toilet leaks at the back pipe. We were right on the ocean and that is a bonus. Thank you.

2 or 3 star property but well maintained & excellent location. Nothing fancy and still Mexican style but clean. Flat for walking and nice pool area. Wi-Fi is great! Beach area awesome.

Spotlessly clean, room was well appointed and big, although admittedly we were upgraded to a poolside room. Staff were friendly. Great location near core of Melaque, close to bus station and main square and, of course, right in the ocean. Pool was at waterfront so wonderful ocean view from pool deck.

Both the main kitchen sink tap and the bathroom sink tap dripped. They need maintenance.

No breakfast at this hotel. We weren't expecting it, so it was not an issue for us. Very good breakfast place right across the street- very handy and delicious food. The location of this hotel is perfect, and it's really the one redeeming feature of an otherwise two star facility. Beautiful beach and pool- right on the Malecon with many restaurants and shops nearby. Reasonably quiet, friendly cleaning staff.

If I ever was to return to this place I would only stay in one of the front rooms by the pool. They are the only ones with a pleasant outside seating area and a view of the beach. In my opinion they are the best We had a room behind those ones, no outside seating, no view. Very loud A/C and extremely poor water supply. Each day was a question as to whether or not the toilet would flush or the shower would work. The kitchen had a coffee maker and a microwave, a two burner stove and fridge. We didn't use the stove. We could have but it didn't seem like the best plan. Plus if we'd used a lot of dishes we couldn't have washed them since- no water!
