"It was good but the room need to be better clean"

The staff was amazing servers the front desks too

the only down side was that the balcony was dirty and it was some live bugs in the room that we have to kill

The Room that I had requested and agree to pay the difference was approved but didn't happen..I got a Call from Amanda the day of us checking in ..Letting me know something happen ..and I wasn't able to get my room. THEY had to give me different room but they made it up..giving us a free breakfast for our whole trip.. Natalie was super sweet when she checked us in...Everyone was nice...Breakfast was Great..always hot and fresh..The room is BIG and very Clean. Everyone had a great time..This is our Second time staying here...We be Back...My SON was crying and didn't want to leave..We LOVE this resort😜❤️
