The hotel and rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, the view in the oceanfront room was immaculate. 10/10 would recommend.

The view was beautiful ! We had a 1 bedroom suite. Our main complaint was the menu in the dining room. We were very disappointed w/the room service. Paid a $3.00 fee which was ok but they also add a 18% tip, just to hand you a paper bag! We were expecting our food to arrive on a cart w/real plates n silverware, So we just ordered food to go and carried the bag upstairs after that! We also ventured out to other restaurants due to terrible menu on site. The elevators aren’t really Hanoi-cap accessible or the entrance to pool. Over all we probably will not comeback… Would have been nice to have some music in the pool area w/a bar food menu

We wanted to have a nice lazy getaway, we weren’t planning to leave the property. This was impossible to do w/the menu offered, not even a hamburger on menu!! Also no poolside service for cocktails! There is a bar there , but we’d prefer service instead of getting our own drinks …
