The view was a roof, I thought the room was facing the river when booking

The room was beautiful, the bathroom was amazing, and the view was perfect!!

Location as right on water at bourton. Queen bed comfortable and great view. Delicious breakfast bought to bedroom. Good pressure in shower and nice toiletries

Emails and folder said in price in car park £7. Was 24 hours charge so cost us £24 from 4- 11am so disappointed that information incorrect Only available check in from 4 which is very late and leave at 10 again very early so hardly any time in room spent 15 minutes carrying suitcase and getting keys from key box etx as No lifts Feels on a constant slant in room Sink not mixed tap and shelf above head so awkward to brush teeth etc Towels a bit old Tray in room smelt and not been cleaned Bathroom needs paint touch up everywhere No iron or hairdryer

Loved the location, breakfast that was delivered in the morning was tasty

Black scuff marks all over the walls, stains on the carpet, plumbing issues in the bathroom. Emailed twice to make a complaint with photos attached, no response from the property not even an acknowledgement or apology. Has made us not want to return. Poor customer service.

Great central location with stunning window overlooking the river, very good breakfasts, cosy apartment.

The check-in instructions are so lenghty to the point they are more confusing than helpful. We were sure that the key to our apt is in the little black box in the outer entrance before we discovered there is another set of boxes inside. Before we found this out there was a long period of trying to get to the apt and we cpuld get help from noone. The emergency number provided next to the box in the entrance connects you to a wrong number. Nobody answers the other numbers. Nobody replies messages. If we had a real problem we couldnt fix - this wpuld really be a huge issue.
