One blind was broken. There was no.plug in bathroom sink and silver ring disappeared down the hole Instruction on what to do with breakfast dishes would have been helpful Could have been written iin info folder. Otherwise it was great

Full English Breakfast - the fried eggs were missing and the baked beans were slight off. Otherwise good fried breakfast. We requested 2 single beds but got a King-sized instead.

Eggs were missing and beans tasted slightly stale in the Full English B/F.

The bedroom facing the street was ok. I had requested two rooms with two large beds. One room had two single beds. I did not like that it was difficult to communicate when there was no one on location. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom was very small and did not look at all like the photo on booking. For two people it was totally inadequate. The sink was super small. It was definitely not value for money. The Wi-Fi was terrible. On a scale from 1-10 Wi-Fi was a 1. Too many stairs.

Love the area and love the room ! Excellent location right on the Bourton on the Water area

Nothing at all. All great, no parking but understandable given the location. Otherwise brilliant

The location , and photos before we came

We didn’t get the room they advertised ! Which looked great , but it was fine just wish As there was 4 of us and only 2 chairs to sit In , that we’d had 4 as we stayed in at night and got uncomfortable just sitting on a bed , but other wise good value for money and would stay again , just need 2 more chairs please .

Location was amazing, self check in was great idea

There was a slight smell from the drain in the bath tub.

Was a perfect location was so happy with the hotel
