スタッフさんがみなさん優しくて、帰り際に笑顔で魔除けお清めの打ち火してくれて、気持ちよく滞在できました！ きれいな大浴場、全てがおしゃれで清潔感あり、夜食に炊き込みおにぎりのサービス、朝ごはんもおいしい、本当良いホテルでした。三ノ宮駅、生田神社、スターバックス異人館へ徒歩で行けて、観光するにも最高の立地。 また神戸に来た時はここに泊まりたいです！

Good location

The Wi-Fi in my room is not working. After informing the staff, I was told that nothing could be done. The room cleanliness was also disappointing. Additionally, although the staff initially allowed me to check in at 2pm saying the room was ready, I was later asked to pay an early check-in fee.
