フロントの対応がとで丁寧でした。笑顔で、心を込めて話してくれている感じがして、歓迎されているのだなと思えました。話し方の大切さを改めて感じました。 アメニティが充実していました。 水、コーヒーだけでなく氷も使えたのでありがたかったです。 ハッピーアワーのドリンクと夜食のサービス、素晴らしいです！今回は使えなかったので、次回また予約して利用したいと思えるほどよいホテルでした。
