Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Paid parking is nonrefundable and valid from check in to check out. You acknowledge and agree that Sonder is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your vehicle or possessions while parked at our facilities. You may experience noise from renovations on the ground floor. We have provided ear plugs and white noise machines in each space. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

"Great Place to Stay"

Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. It was very quiet.

Kitchen had most items that were needed but no baking pans.

Konnte den Aufenthalt nicht wahrnehmen da keine Zugangsdaten übermittelt wurden. Kein Check in möglich. Mit Frau und zwei Kleinkindern auf der Straße gesessen und musste mich kurzfristig um eine andere Unterkunft umsehen.

Prachtig ruim groot appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien , hele keuken, 2 ruime badkamers en slaapkamers, heel schoon. Faciliteiten uitstekend. Parkeerplaats eronder.

"Great apartment"

Perfect accommodation for visiting Nashville. It is a quiet area but the number 7 bus stops right outside the apartments and takes you straight to downtown. Nice bars and restaurants in the area too. It was a real bonus having a pool so that we could relax after a days sightseeing.

Great apartment complex with fantastic amenities. The pool is shallow but great for a dip. The apartment was incredible for the price point!

"Home from Home"

The location was excellent, it was away from the hustle and bustle of Nashville. The apartment itself was excellent it was very spacious, we had 2 big rooms with a dining area and lounge. The AC and wifi were excellent. It felt like a home from home and I'd definitely stay there again. The swimming pool was excellent too.

I stayed in the left hand room on the 1st night but there was a constant droning noise coming from outside the window (even closed you could hear it vividly) because we were on the second floor we had a ventilator system right outside the window which we think was for the carpark, in the end I ended swapping bedrooms but that noise needs to be looked at because it's permanently constant and could be annoying for a lot of guests especially if you're staying for 2 weeks like we did.
