Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. Paid parking is nonrefundable and valid from check in to check out. You acknowledge and agree that Sonder is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your vehicle or possessions while parked at our facilities. You may experience noise from renovations on the ground floor. We have provided ear plugs and white noise machines in each space. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

"It was good minus a few items"

Location is great, facilities are nice and access was made simple.

Unfortunately the AC unit didn’t seem to cool down to the temp it said, it remained pretty warm and the unit above where I was staying was excessively loud all day/night which made sleeping difficult.

"Nashville trip"

The facilities, location and pool were fabulous . The staff were very pleasant and helpful

The balcony was a bit tatty and chairs weren't comfortable .a small table and 4 chairs as there were 4 of us and it only had 2 chairs if booking ask for pool view far nicer

The apartment was very spacious and modern , very clean and a convenient location for broadway just bring a short bus ride . Staff on the app were quick to respond to any questions .

The pool was small for the size of the property and not deep enough to swim .

"I'd probably stay closer to broadway next time"

The apartment and facilities were nice. the number 7 bus stopped just outside and brings you straight to broadway in a few minutes. the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well equipped.

Our apartment was directly above the street and was very noisy. Ambulances pass with full horns and sirens every few minutes and trucks and buses are quite loud passing by. There is strict rules within the complex, including absolutly no visitors and no smoking or vaping in the building at all, incuding your balcony.
