This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. Paid parking is nonrefundable and valid from check in to check out. You acknowledge and agree that Sonder is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your vehicle or possessions while parked at our facilities. You may experience noise from renovations on the ground floor. We have provided ear plugs and white noise machines in each space. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

"Great location for a great stay."

The location was the 1st consideration, the neighborhood is great . There are many shops, restaurants within walking distance.

The parking was a little confusing at first, once we figured it out we had no problem parking.

"The perfect spot for a Nashville vacation!"

The perfect location for a Nashville getaway, the hotel is in Hillsboro Village with perfect access to food and shops. The famous Pancake Pantry is a block away! The room blurs the line between a hotel and a studio apartment, it has a full kitchen and a nice little balcony overlooking the pool. We loved it!

"Lovely stay in a great location!"

Great location with lots of shops and restaurants, and a short uber from broadway. The rooms are spacious and include all you could need, with extra tea, coffee and toiletries also available. The apartment was clean and the pool was lovely!

You could hear the neighbours above occasionally.

Apartment was spacious and clean, some nice places to eat nearby and only 10 minutes ride into downtown.

Problem with parking charges, initially took out $50 dollars at time of booking then had a problem processing the payment on checkout day (charge increaed to 65 and then 80). Had to use my UK debit card to pay the bill.

"Poor parking instructions"

Clean, comfortable and well equipped.

We booked parking, for $20 per day, but the instructions we received to find the entrance to the garage were awful. Village 21 is located on a very busy junction where it's difficult and dangerous to stop to try and figure out how to get into the site without good instructions. Sonder needs to change this.

"SONDER APP NOT WORKING"

The studio room is clean and comfortable.

The Sonder App doesn't work at all. The communication with sonder csr has, somewhat, no continuity. I kept on asking for a confirmation code to retrieve booking and codes to enter the building and room. It was given to me until the last 2-3 hours before arrival, which is fine. Just the communication has been disappointing. I kept on repeating myself asking about how to retrieve booking and codes.
