Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. Paid parking is nonrefundable and valid from check in to check out. You acknowledge and agree that Sonder is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your vehicle or possessions while parked at our facilities. You may experience noise from renovations on the ground floor. We have provided ear plugs and white noise machines in each space. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

"“Unsafe and Unresponsive – Do Not Recommend”"

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this property. From the moment I arrived, the experience fell short of what I expect from a Marriott-affiliated location. The sheets were stained and had an unpleasant odor — completely unacceptable for any level of accommodation, let alone one tied to the Marriott name. The most disturbing incident happened on my final night: someone walked into my apartment claiming they were checking in that evening. I was alone — as a woman traveling by myself — and there was no security, no staff on site, and clearly no control over who had access to my door code. This was not just an inconvenience; it was frightening and unacceptable. Despite multiple calls to Sonder, I have yet to receive a response or even the courtesy of a return call. All I received was an impersonal email offering a $150 credit to my Bonvoy account. That doesn’t even begin to make up for the breach of safety and complete lack of accountability. Shame on Marriott for partnering with a company that clearly does not prioritize guest safety or customer service. I’ve been a loyal Bonvoy member, but this experience has made me seriously reconsider future bookings. I do not recommend this property — especially to solo travelers.

"Lots of room! Convenient parking and cheap rides to/from downtown."

Apartment was perfect for our group of six although we did bring an air mattress for the family room and did not pull out the couch. Loved the balcony and the extra space and two bathrooms. Great location to walk to shops, coffee and breakfast spots!

Unfortunately, being near the hospital, the sirens are loud at night so it will wake you if you are a light sleeper. Bring a sound machine to block out some noise if you can!
