Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. Paid parking is nonrefundable and valid from check in to check out. You acknowledge and agree that Sonder is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your vehicle or possessions while parked at our facilities. You may experience noise from renovations on the ground floor. We have provided ear plugs and white noise machines in each space. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

Location was good

Hard to find the parking garage, halls were dimly lit. Sleeper sofa was awful to sit on...so low on the ground and the cushion almost went thru to the mattress underneath. Could get the TV to work...only apps on it that couldn't be used. Big bed but the mattress was very firm. Laying in bed and saw a roach crawling across the bedroom floor...I killed it. Nice kitchen and bathroom.

Location and it was clean

We arrived early. Was told they would try to get our apartment ready. Met a supervisor in the elevator and she said no one informed her so we had to wait until 4 to get in.

We were looking for sign that states village 21 very cinfusing how to get in and where to park took 45 mins to figure where the building was and where ti park

"Bester Stay in Nashville"

Top Appartment mit bester Ausstattung (super ausgestattete neue Küche, Kühlschrank, Eisfach, Kaffeemaschine Waschmaschine, Trockner, etc.), Kaffee und andere Verbrauchsmaterialien zum Nachnehmen vorhanden, Swimmingpool und Fitnesscenter. Alles kontaktfrei über die App gesteuert mit Einlasscodes für die Haupttüre, den Aufzug und die Appartmenttüre. Parken direkt im Haus zubuchbar über die App für 20 $ pro Tag. Direkt vor dem Haus ist auch eine Bushaltestelle, die direkt bis Downtown fährt (nur 2 $ die Fahrt). Das Viertel Hillsboro ist auch für sich sehr schön.

"Very disappointed - camera taken from room after check out"

I stayed in this accommodation recently and while the apartment itself is fine, my experience upon check out was extremely upsetting. I accidentally left my new canon camera in the room and contacted the hotel immediately after landing off a flight. Despite this I was told there was no camera found in the room. After messaging via booking.com with the accommodation (after attempting to contact somebody on the Sonder website) there was no effort to properly investigate or take responsibility. This experience has left me with serious concerns about the integrity and security of the hotel. I would encourage anyone staying here to be extremely cautious of their belongings, as items left behind do not seem to be handled honestly or professionally.

Fully equipped kitchen, easy to access, parking onsite. Very spacious and clean. Additional supplies available. In a very quiet area.

$20 a night for parking. View from balcony boring.
