This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. Paid parking is nonrefundable and valid from check in to check out. You acknowledge and agree that Sonder is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your vehicle or possessions while parked at our facilities. You may experience noise from renovations on the ground floor. We have provided ear plugs and white noise machines in each space. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

"Having a reservation does not mean you still get a room"

I have stayed with Sonder 4–5 times before, but this experience was unacceptable. I booked a prepaid reservation in May for Vanderbilt Parents Weekend in late September. While sitting on the plane to Nashville, I received an email saying my reservation was canceled with no explanation. I had to make three phone calls, send messages through the Sonder app, and email multiple addresses at Sonder and Marriott before finally receiving a response four days later. The only resolution offered was a refund, with no effort to help me find another room during one of the busiest weekends in Nashville. By that point, availability was scarce and prices had skyrocketed, leaving me with significant added expense and frustration. In past stays with Sonder, I have also dealt with quality issues such as broken beds, cleanliness concerns, and mold in bathrooms. I continued to book with the expectation that the new association with Marriott would improve standards. Unfortunately, this experience shows otherwise. Guests should know that even a prepaid, nonrefundable reservation with Sonder does not guarantee that you will have a room upon arrival. The lack of communication, customer service, and accountability is unacceptable, and I will seriously reconsider booking with Sonder again.

The space was awesome. Great access to the local facilities and the apartment was in superb condition. The showers and bathroom were incredible. The additional closet space was very useful. Heavily recommend.

"All in all is was a great stay and I would recommend."

Very clean, safe and comfortable room. The staff was very efficient getting back to me quickly via email.

I didn’t care for the parking, had to pay, get there app, parking not clearly marked P1/P2 in the parking garage. The room didn’t have screens couldn’t open the windows.

Nice big and clean room.

The only thing I didnt like were the numbers on the front door were mostly rubbed off. Had a very difficult time opening the front door.
