SpringHill Suites by Marriott Valencia

Our one-night stay at the Residence Inn (associated with the Springhill Suites in Valencia, CA) was very nice. To start, I must compliment the staff for the excellent service we received from the moment we arrived to well after we departed. The professionals who provide service at the reception desk are very welcoming, attentive and oriented to true customer service. The breakfast service area is clean, well-provisioned, and constantly attended by pleasant, courteous and efficient people. They seemed to really want to make sure we enjoyed our breakfast. The full- service bar, with a big screen television for the sports events was really fun with friendly attendants. Most of all, the reception people who attend the front desk, coupled with the room attendants, provided excellent follow-up for me in retrieving a valuable, very important item that I had inadvertently, and forgetfully, left in my room. Thank you, Chris, for making my priority your priority. We really like staying at this hotel as we travel through Santa Clarita and Valencia. A 5-star experience for us.

The facilities are excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and there was a good breakfast.

Unfortunately, my room faced the road, and the noise was very loud throughout the entire night. I barely slept for both nights.

Great rooms, clean, large and comfortable. Great water pressure too.
