Staff was very respectful and helpful. Breakfast every morning was great. Close proximity of the park.

Our upstairs neighbor had no hotel etticit. When I called to have something done with the issue. The hotel staff did very little to help with the issue.

The stay was great, great room great location

The frosted barn door for the bathroom let alone with no lock, not a fan of that. Plus needs a mirror in the room for getting ready when someone else is in the bathroom. Other than that everything was great 😃💜

We originally booked the Residence Inn; however, at the time of check-in, our room was not ready so Vanessa offered a room with SpringHill Suites for the same rate (just without the kitchen). She got us checked-in and in our room in less than 15 mins. The room was clean and new. Plenty of space for the (4) of us. We have always booked the King Studio suite with Residence Inn and never really checked out the other rooms. So the double room plus desk and sitting area was plenty of space of us to relax comfortably. It had a fridge and microwave so we didn't miss out on the kitchen. The staff was accommodating and breakfast is always the best in the area. This property is ALWAYS my first choice when i book for this area.

This was one of the most unpleasant hotel stays I’ve ever had. I had to run to the reception several times because there was no hot water in my room. The floor was so dirty that I didn’t even know how to let my child walk on it safely. The room itself was uncomfortable and extremely noisy — the highway right outside the window made it impossible to rest. The front desk staff were not friendly and didn’t seem willing to help. If you want to use the grill area, there are no utensils available — you have to go and ask for everything separately. There is no safe in the room, which is also quite inconvenient. The air conditioner had a very unpleasant smell, and it was obvious that it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. And the breakfast… that was the final straw. It was so bad that I couldn’t eat anything. The quality of the food felt like low-grade fast food, and honestly, McDonald’s would have been a better option than the breakfast served here.

I have never seen a service such as Adalberto provided today, November 27, 2025. He continued to monitor all of the breakfast food to make sure it was hot and fresh all morning long. He did this with a smile on his face that never diminished. In all my years of traveling and staying in hotels, I never observed such professionalism.
