"Great location for stay in Valencia"

Excellent location near Magic Mountain, with a relaxing atmosphere. The room was comfortable, well maintained,and clean. Great value, with great amenities. Fatima at check in was friendly and very polite. If I had one con is the noise from the freeway, but it was not a deal breaker.

"A Wonderful Stay at a Fantastic Property"

The hotel is clean and appealing. The rooms are nicely decorated and well designed. The outdoor courtyard area is lovely! We utilized one of their conference rooms, which was nice and well equipped. Fatima, Caesar, Vanessa, Morgan, Christi, Sarah, and Carlos A. were some of the most helpful staff during our stay!

"Great staff that go out of the way!"

Springhill Suites in Valencia are amazing! Fatima and Christi at the front desk went out of their way to help me. I had an issue with my lock and they helped me fix it. Ceaser fixed my lock and it was amazing. Sarah and Vanessa at the front desk also went out of their way to help our group. I appreciate the manager Morgan who helped when an issue came up. Carlos also fixed a refrigerator when needed in one of our rooms. Thank you to everyone there for being great!
