I stay at this property often and wanted to recognize Vanessa at the front desk for her outstanding service. She is always professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. As someone who travels regularly, I can say great front desk service makes a real difference, and Vanessa consistently stands out. She takes her job seriously, handles guests with kindness and efficiency, and is always helpful whenever I have a question or need assistance. Team members like Vanessa are a big reason guests return. She is a true asset to this hotel, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.

Everything was great!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and professional service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every team member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. Everything felt clean, modern, and well cared for, which made my stay even more relaxing. The location was also perfect—convenient and easily accessible, with plenty of nearby options for dining and entertainment. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting, making it a great place to unwind. I truly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a pleasant stay. I will definitely be coming back!

Fridge was super small. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly and was a bit uncomfortable with a big family

This was the first hotel I've stayed at in the last year throughout California and Nevada, where the bed didn't hurt my back. I definitely had a much better stay here than anywhere else. Rooms we're clean and always tidy. Location is perfect right near the mall and freeway. Noise level was also perfect. I would definitely pick this hotel to stay at again as I will becoming out multiple times a year for future business related visits and hopefully vacationing as well.

The team was extremely helpful all around and made the stay exemplary. The team was great with our whole group always willing to help and figure stuff out. They were great getting us access to the game room for some ping pong games! Food was nice to have initially the mornings as well. Overall great experience.

Our organization traveled to Santa Clarita, California, to open a new location, and we stayed at the SpringHill Suites Marriott Valencia. The rooms were excellent—especially for those of us who needed to work from our hotel rooms during the stay. The desk area was particularly well-suited for that purpose. We also appreciated the underground parking garage with convenient elevator access to the lobby. There was always parking available, which isn’t always guaranteed in California. The front desk staff were consistently helpful and professional throughout our visit. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was noticeably better than what you typically find at other hotels. We will definitely continue to stay here whenever we travel to our new location.

I spent 11 days recently for business with several co-workers and found the Valencia Spring Hill Suites experience to be very satisfying. From the staff, room, breakfast, amenities and surroundings, it was great. Special shout out to the Bartender (I can't remember his name) in the Lobby lounge who was very friendly, knowledgeable about the area and made a good drink and the end of a hard day's work enjoyable. I highly recommend and am actually looking forward to staying again.
